No one said anything about divulging tech secrets.
They claimed they had new targets. They claimed Stinkerbell 2.0 can see wood and glass under the sea bed. "Allegedly" they can tell the size and depth of the objects seen.
They could have said we are going to investigate a large section of wood. That's not giving away tech secrets. They have to share that info with the state and anyone can see it.
I am sure, IF TRUE, they can overlay the mag scan with what Stinkerbell 2.0 has scanned. How many more decades does this partnership need?
