CytoDyn was on my watchlist for January, as well. It just keeps going — showing a pattern of a few green days followed by several days of consolidation. Like CNBX, CYDY had a near-perfect breakout. Also trading on higher than average volume, the stock is already at multi-year highs.
CytoDyn is a clinical-stage biotech company based in the U.S. It focuses on therapies for HIV and cancer. Its primary late-stage product, Leronmilab, blocks HIV from entering and infecting certain cells.
On December 18, CytoDyn announced a deal to license the U.S. rights to leronlimab for the treatment of HIV. On December 23, it announced positive clinical results for a breast cancer treatment.
