with P2O's successful processing of X buyers' feedstock
PTOI will not be in the pennies .. NR has worked *tirelessly*
for over 7 years to relentlessly compress PTOI (the stock)
.. because usually NRs' *relentless efforts* can separate
investors from their *shares* .. but NR after initial round of
*greed* (2009/2010) .. didn't do their DD .. because they never
took into account founder's initial capital raise .. unlike how the
*fungible* OTC usually worked .. P2O's capital wasn't tainted
and all of NRs' *efforts* to align P2O with *taint* .. was outlasted
by *actual P2O investors*

*CANT* loan out any more *shares* .. until *some* % gets returned
to those *accounts* borrowed from over the past many .. many years

*volume set ups that fizzle* .. and harassment of all parties by NR .. always
