The significant PR today has not been seen by many traders.
It was not alerted on E*Trade (don't know about other broker platforms) at all.
In fact it was already at .0086 before I checked iHub to find it had been put on their automatic paid news system that companies can pay for.
I was then able to find it at otcmarkets.com (which I then alerted here) but it is unfortunate the company failed to Tweet the link until many hours after the open otherwise we could easily have got the .01+ break.
By the time I alerted both the Whale Team rooms on telegram and slack most top traders were already committed to intensive trading of other stocks.
We can however expect to see more new interest tomorrow when people catch up on the reason for the move up, the future plans and the 88% share reduction.
Even on iHub, I have counted 13 relatively new interest people - not recognized pumpers but those who spotted the end-2019 low price opportunity and have been following for a few days already.
Tonight it is currently #1 on the iHub Breakout Board (which is a measure of increased posting rate).
