What is everyone’s thoughts about how good the news will be and how that will effect when it is released tomorrow? I feel that his tweet will be merely an update letting us know they are still working on the fund activation. The key to if it is good news will be if it includes a mention that funding for activation has definitely been obtained and it is a matter of completing the paperwork, possibly a specific date in the future for the activation, and the amount of money the initial fund activation will be. Does anyone think any of those things will be tweeted tomorrow. If not, I figure the tweet will be after the market closes. Go PHIL!!!!
