$VERB's fiscal, 2018 10-K, was filed last February 7th...the first SEC Filing, after our corporate name change and RS, on 2/1/19.
The next filing is the fiscal 2019 10-K, and the filing deadline, for "Non-Accelerated Filer" (Less than $75MM Float), is 90 days from end of the reporting period.
Being a N.A.F., $VERB has until March 31, 2020 to submit the next financial document, jb.
My gut, as well as considerable investigative research, has me believing we will "hear" earlier than that.
