In 2018, the were going to R/S and uplist, but decided to cancel the R/S, because they thought the fundraising needed to be complaint was too heavy a burden. Also might have been against the r/s at that time needed to uplist. But with that said, they would have starting looking at it at least over 2 years ago. Adding the latest independent board member is a step in that direction.
