Yeah, I don't remember seeing them before either. Not sure their role here, I doubt a new MM for the noteholder, as I would probably have seen them selling in other otc stocks for other noteholders like alps, cfgn, vert, vndm, puma is selling in all otc, which is how I recognize most of these guys selling for convertible loans in trading other otc stock.
