It shows up on Finra if the dividend is approved. I am currently monitoring their page. It's tedious but interesting to see all the approvals, etc.., but I'm retired, so..

I'd like to think they are putting all the pieces together now, so there won't be delays once the approval and funding is in place. That to me makes more sense 'after' all the delays that have taken place.
