Couple of things noted in reading the clinical trial write up you linked:
Subjects were all male.
They had 50 and 100 unit pills and the 200 unit dosage consisted of subjects taking 2 of the 100 unit pills. If 200 dosage works best, seems likely they would be able to boost the B in the current pills?
Subjects took the pills while in a fasted state (so I guess they take them first thing in the morning). Guess this is so pills don't get delayed in a full stomach too long but that is just my WAG.
