I would not look at this PR as a negative in any way. By putting out this PR, it shows they are building the board for NGIO in preparation for the rollout for the company to be listed on NASDAQ.

Hopefully Joe and the rest of the management at Generex knows things behind the scenes that we most certainly are not privy to about what is going on with the dividend, the funding and so forth and that is why they are sharing this information in getting all the pieces in order for the new company.
