Clarification on my RAD Earnings date.. March 16th 2020 RAD has an analysts day which they will discuss new directives moving forward and have question and answer session
So “if” UNVC and RAD have a JV I am sure it would be announced at this pep rally and therefore UNVC I would assume would be current before 16th of March
