The PM Modi announcement of MoU with KSA is very interesting. As potentially the largest solar power need with funding capability, it is in their interest to collaborate with India's extensive solar R&D.

Both Tony Balchin and Andy Robinson have contacts in KSA, to the extent of being invited to a royal wedding there.
Robinson represented QMC in the Middle East years ago.
