I called FINRA. The had me call Market Operations at 240-386-4111 x2.
I spoke with Alex who was pleasant but would not provide any Generex info. They won't give out any company info. Usually they respond in 2 weeks after the initial dividend request.
He inferred the process is usually straight forward but there can be follow ups. In his experience if it hasn't happened in 3 months, it won't.
joseph on the YMB had mentioned how helpful FINRA is to shareholders. Helpful yes, informative, not so much.
