Can someone explain to me why a reverse split would be anything other than a sign of failure? Why should I not dump my shares now and walk away? The podcast is a bunch of “we hope this good thing happens and when it does we will reverse split and hope we do well on nasdaq.” Does anyone actually believe this is going to happen or is this just another penny stock about to go belly up?
