Looks like 3700X AMD processor will be part of my next build...low voltage plus 7nm which mean Air cooling but I never use stock cooling from Intel and now AMD which I haven't used since around the mid 90's. Abit boards in the early 90's then Gigabyte. I am leaning towards Asus for my next MB as they have always had so many USB ports but my typical builds with Gigabyte MB's generally have LAN 1 & 2 which if I lose one port the other generally isn't affected. I will build this for my wife and grab the 6700k she is presently using which I built in Mid 2016. I'm still (at present) using my Antect 1200, Intel 8400, 775, P45 chipset that I built in 2009/10. I want that 6700K and just do the 3700K build for her.
I still have another month to zero in the the MB from Asus, watching the talk on the bios updates which is extremely important a must do or die decision when buying high end equipment/components .
