Well, you had my attention right up to the last paragraph. I am not “shitting” on CA. Like I told you before, I was born and raised there. I know all about the history and problems that plague the state. That’s why I chose to move my family the hell out in 1997, after living there for 30+ years, including time served in the military there. Definitely don’t need to be schooled about my home state.
The problems are a direct reflection of liberal policies, political corruption (all politics), and yes foreign financial infestation. There’s also the issue of the horribly bloated and unsustainable PERS government retirement system. The greed, lobbyists, and corrupt career politicians has led to this mess. Did I mention the cartel and illegal immigration and drug burden on the economies? (Or is that subject taboo...)
You may not agree, and that’s fine.
It’s truly sad, because CA used to be so awesome.
