My understanding, thus far, is that much like the regular flu, those who are at the most risk are the very young, the very old, and those with immune systems that are already compromised. Generally healthy people do get sick from it, but not necessarily life threatening. Right now, the mortality rate is that of the flu, and most of those who have died from coronavirus are older men.
