I appreciate that you share what information you have.  Even with a small company like this there is a lot of ground to cover to be all knowing.  I'm pretty sure there is no one here that actually knows everything there is to know about this company and its workings.  We come here to share opinions and knowledge that we have, that maybe someone on this message board doesn't.  You have done both.  Kudos to you.  I wasn't certain that those permits were approved, I seemed to remember that they were, and no skin off my nose that you went by the information that you had that indicated that they weren't.  I am hopeful that this is the beginning of a new era with TECO, and that these well permits will be the first of many to come online this year.  Thanks again for you input.
