The reason for the official resignation is all about personal time. Chuck is still the largest shareholder, and still regularly pops in and out of corporate HQ to offer assistance, minus the long days/weeks.

Due to his large quantity of RMHB stock, he has a solid interest in seeing CBD Life and Rocky Mountain High Brands achieve huge success. Nothing has changed except his official employment status. Rocky is still moving forward as quickly as possible on all fronts. RMHB stock will IMHO afford, or very nicely increase, a lavish retirement for Mr. Smith.
