In any case, it'll take a long time for that lawsuit to unfold; and by that time, we will be approved and receive royalties (and we will have enough cancer results, which if positive, will give us a valuation at which we can raise money without a problem to build our own sales force); and if Vyera should have violated any clauses as stated in the agreement, we can walk away and find a different partner... I see this as a non-issue given all the positive catalysts over the next weeks/months...
