Here is a link to the lawsuit below, half is blacked out, but Vyera is listed 62 times, so yeah. The current CEO is just listed once from what I see, and not really in a derogatory way. The history doesn't explain how or why he is ceo and his connection or even his involvement, from my quick scan. Interesting, he doesn't seem to be involved or the focus, but this quotes alleges Shkreli interest in Vyera as late as last December.
