Long twisted story. Some people involved in Medoc are part of the Veneto management/ownership. Including My Kukendall. The Medoc assets Generex did not buy as they may have already been in hot water with the federal government.

I am sure the SEC will not appreciate the potential illegal issues with Medoc's insiders in their investigation of the Veneto/Generex matter.
