and this is why to fill *legit* bids .. those (NR) who illegally manipulate (aid and abet)
PTOI .. these days NR has to literally UC the ask to the legit bid PPS to *fill* and even then it's usually a partial/split *trade*
it's pretty clear that *accessibility* has been limited .. which makes me curious as to when NR next *shows* volume on PTOI
usually (% wise) it's done on one of the following days .. at the end of the month/early into new month and/or at the split of the month (1/2/14/15/16/30/31)
