That's the key take away, things are moving forward.
I was disappointed with the construction pace in Assam, but as in all construction, there are inevitably delays.
Another good take away is that they are still progressing on the display front.
Timetable appears to be pushed back a bit, but look where QTMM is now compared to a year or two ago. Much progress and growth has been made. QMC has a bright future, although the train is moving a bit slower than we hope
