we still have to accept that the deal could fall apart from here.
My optimism that Henry will get r done is from the belief
and evidence I've seen that
there is such $$$ BIG MONEY $$$
behind the scenes that WANTS THIS DONE
in building the First Ever DIAMOND EXCHANGE in
Southeast Asia and my belief that the LUX GOV IS
backing PHIL to be the Holding vehicle in making it happen.
So even if there r more delays ahead I'm confident the
powers that be WANT to see this happen
therefore $$$ BIG MONEY $$$ will make it happen.
