I'm reposting this so people don't have to guess about filing/due dates:

2020 SFOR Filing Dates/ Due Date

10K (for year ending 12/31/19) due: 03/30/20
10Q (for Ist qtr 2020 ending 3/31/20) due: 05/15/20
10Q (for 2nd qtr 2020 ending 06/30/20) due: 08/14/20
10Q (for 3rd qtr 2020 ending 09/30/20) due: 11/16/20
10K (for year ending 12/31/20) due: 03/31/21

And... plus the extension, which we often take:

5 calendar day extension for 10Q quarterly reports.
15 calendar day extension for 10K annual report.
