January 19 aerial photo (obscured by dense cloud) shows all the grass and shub in Block 4, 5, 6, 7 has been cleared, construction of the complex will begin soon. It shows the white canopy under which the Google photo was taken in January, it also shows the tiled promenade along south side of the lake leading to the future scenic sightseeing lookout point in the peninsula of the lake.
