He stated CCR5 was zero on the tumor, CCR5 in both 1 and 2 were of the macrophages around tumors. Patient one CTC levels are at Zero but no mention of CTC levels on patient 2.

"NP stated Bruce Patterson said this will work on everybody due the the MOA of Macrophages (22 different cancers). CCR5 does not have to be on the tumor, both patients 1 and 2 had zero CCR5, both patients had high CCR5 on the Macrophages. Protocol was modified with this finding, as a result the basket trial was initiated."
