From my understanding, the Univision News story is focusing on a US Company (RMHB) manufacturing the very FIRST CBD Beverage being approved by Mexico's Regulatory Affairs and allowed into the Country of Mexico.
From the previous pictures posted, the first truckload of product was already delivered to CBD Life, so RMHB's initial part of the purchase order contract has been fullfilled and they were waiting on a response from CBD Life on the specific quantities of each flavor they were wanting produced moving forward on fulfilling the remainder of the purchase order.
The bottom line in my opinion is that the initial order of the very FIRST CBD Beverage for Mexico was produced by a US Company (RMHB) and that in itself is Great NEWS !
