Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - watch the OTC Markets press links tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 24) for the announcement of an interim (and potentially permanent) Chief Financial Officer for Hannover House, Inc. (and affiliated entities).
As the company moves up to a fully reporting / registered status, the need for a full-time CFO with substantial major corporation CFO level experience will be helpful to maintaining the company's current and proper reporting status. This new position will help round-out the management duties, freeing Parkinson for sales / marketing & acquisition activities - and Shefte for operations and administrative duties.
The significant improvement in the health status for Fred Shefte has encouraged him to stay on with Hannover House during the current and crucial registration, S1 filing and MyFlix launch time-frame.
