Thats wrong. Every month, the 2 notes can reedem shares up to a maximum of 350k$ each to repay the debt. Has nothing to do with interest. Right now, the conversion rate is .50Cent. Cytodyn have 5 days after receiving the redemption request, to settle in Cash.
We did so in December, but not in January it seems. It seems as well, amounts not requested to the 350k$ maximum per month can redeempted later and adding to the 350k$ limit. Thats why this month the noteholders have been more active.
We inherit that notes from Mullholland, I hope they learned there lessons. And I expect that we will soon start again to settle the notes in Cash. Its not so much left to settle anyways, around 5Mio$ if I remember right.
