What is the reference source for having hundreds of thousands of shareholders and please post a snapshot of the numbers(obviously no private info)

I would find it helpful to have an updated list of entities etc who has shares as part of a loan purchase etc how many shares they own and the terms. Are in in default? Have extensions. Terms changed?

Has an employee compensation plan been set up to allow share purchases regardless of news pending?
