Q for those w more knowledge that I have on FINRA:
Is it even possible for FINRA to approve a proposed dividend when there is a known issue between the company and (2) major shareholders that is directly affected by said dividend?
My sense is that this issue might need to be resolved before approval. If that's the case, Joe needs to put on his negotiating hat and con call attitude and get it done.
I fear that, if we fester at this point for too long, we may look back at this as the period where we were rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic...
