Managing timeline expectations. I still don't like the way timelines are constantly missed, but I've learned to just expect it. When Nader gives you timelines, multiply by 2.5 and you'll be close to the truth. 9 days x 2.5 = 22.5. Even if that's business days, we should be in sometime between Valentines and the Ides of March. If it went past then, I'd say we have a problem because we'll be knocking on the door for BTD meetings with no BLA.
