Yeah, that’s what it sounded like, BUT: to append the S-1 they are releasing the details of the $40MM equity raise. If they do that in the order you suggest then what will the SP be in the deal? Now I know market cap doesn’t matter (according to joe) but who’s going to invest $40MM in the co for anything more than the current SP?? Doesn’t make sense. This is the confusion, how can you negotiate a deal before NGIO spins??!?
