I don't think they can put a timeline on anything really. Until the dividend happens, nothing can be done.
Joe said, once FINRA approves the dividend, he will immediately pay the dividend.
After that, he really can't say when anything else will happen, because it's contingent on paperwork getting approved, etc.. So, it could be days, weeks, months.
So, key is dividend approved and getting paid. How quick they append the S-1 is the real question after.
