that caller was me. I asked the question how he plans to get out of the vicious cycle of not wanting to give away more than half of the company based on the current pps, which we all know is significantly undervalued, but still needs significant additional funding to jump-start all kinds revenue generating business activities, which in turn could drive the pps up.
His answer as to how he plans to increase the pps, before he'd raise the S1 funding, was the NGIO spin-off, assuming that the true value of NGIO would at least be $500m and left the imagination on how much this could positively affect the pps to myself.
