100% Correct.
Even Harvest were unaware of the legal issues when they acquired Agrimed and they become involved in the legal issues even though they were not even associated with Agrimed when Agrimed "broke the PA law".
Agrimed dragged all associated into the "legal sewer" with them.
It appears that this has months to resolve - many more months than Doc was led to believe.
