Thanks to all you guys for the updates and opinions re the CC. I had to leave to bring my wife home from the hospital. She's doing great, BTW.
My question is in regard to Veneto and Creek Mountain. I did hear a little of Joe's commentary. I got the impression that Generex is not going to go the whole legal route. We all know how long that will take. Neither did I get the impression that the two entities were inclined to make us whole or even admit to any wrong-doing. Did anyone get the sense that Generex would try to do some form of negotiation? Perhaps a lesser return sooner would be better than going to trial to get all the shares returned. What do you guys think? Any lawyers out there with an opinion?
