CDiddy - Yes , a lot of very serious side effects....
but with all fairness they need to list all the possibilities of side effects ,

When they will approve Leronlimab there also will be list of side effects ,
we know that patient can feel tired , have some diarrhea , blood pressure may go up etc..
Is just that our side effects so far are not serious , not severe enough , and Maraviroc's might be , and are ..

When Maraviroc was approved there was no other medicine working on drug resistant HIV , so I am sure it did saved many life's..

But there is no comparison with Leronlimab I agree ...!!!!

My understanding is , this is a reason that Pfizer decided not to go to cancer treatment since it will be difficult for patient to tolerate Maraviroc with chemo..
but seeing the study with pancreatic cancer maybe they changed their mind now...I don't know...
