I am going to have to listen to the recording when it gets posted. Besides the CM/Venoto share selling, maybe done maybe not, the big question is operating capital.
A year ago we thought we were buying a significant revenue generating asset(Veneto) to fund our growth. Now we have to raise the money by working with investors. Somebody has agreed to provide 42.2M assuming the S-1 is good. Based on Joe's comments it will be. So what are we giving up for the $$$$. Joe wouldn't find it acceptable to dilute Generex at 60 cents to raise that kind of money.
