Just saw this today on the SIGO IHUB board and the SEC filing link is at the bottom, If you look at page 9 of the 13 page filing you will see that SIGO was one of the 41 tickers. Not sure what to make of all this and what are other peoples thoughts about this. Getting close to 3 months ago from SIGO last financial filings.
To add icing on the cake for the SEC SIGO has been named as one of 41 tickers being illegally manipulated in a WASH TRADING scheme orchestrated by 8 individuals in a call centre scheme. These charges filed by the SEC on January 15th in both Florida and California names all 41 tickers concerned.
