I thought the CC provided a lot of great info!
1. dividend can be any day now...NGIO's PPS will be at least $2 once spun off...so, you will more than double your money if you bought GNBT shares at today's PPS
2. Revenue increased...last 10Q was $722K in revenue...now, just November's Excellagen sales was already $450K...
3. GNBT received feedback from SEC on the $40million S-1 in just 2 days. So, NGIO's S-1 can be processed soon too once it is filed. NGIO can be spun off to NASDAQ sooner than later.
4. Once NGIO Spun off, GNBT's PPS goes up. GNBT gets the $40 million and GNBT gets uplisted to NASDAQ
5. AZ clinic partnership has already have lots of interest.
