I'm guessing it's dilution of one sort or another. Until there's money in the bank that's how the bills have to get paid. If the arrival of money from the announced deals is imminent, maybe some sort of public statement will buck up investors.

Or, maybe, people are cashing in their shares accumulated for lending money? Maybe looking elsewhere until things settle down here a little?
