I guess you’re right. It doesn’t rely on the div. I just mean he said the NGIO cap structure was a few weeks off as the banks look at it, and therefore PRESUMABLY the div would be first thing out of the gate. But the NGIO S-1 and subsequent spin out is not contingent upon the dividend. Everything GNBT related is. So I keep my same order in my head but you are right the first two items are not causally related.
