Well, if we say $600MM NGIO value, and GNBT owns 85%, that would equate to over $7/sh implied value in GNBT (on ~70MM shares).
So if that drives the price up significantly (I doubt it would fully translate thru to GNBT shares on OTC?), the S-1 can price at conservatively $5 or more?
Obviously we then see some dilution of GNBT shares w the S-1 capital raise, but that will be offset as the company actually starts to grow. Then we're off to the races.
I think it all hinges on staying solvent until the NGIO spin... I may have said that before...
