LM, I believe you are correct. NP all but said Mr. Klump in one of the interviews after the Vyera deal.....something along the lines of one of our very wealthy board members took his team of advisors to meet with Mr. Powers and was impressed....and stated/confirmed that Mr. Shkerli was not running Vyera from prison.
