The problem is, and always has been, he is too trusting.
ALL of these agreements should have been twice as many pages as they were, completely spelling out exactly what is expected, and why they can't wiggle out of it.
Maybe they were. Maybe the SEC will rain pain down on CM.
But I seriously doubt it.
I'm expecting a 'compromise' solution. What percentage of business litigation do suppose is resolved with a 'compromise'?
