The Digital Risk (DR) deal is NOT thru ACS and directly with DR using GID. I bet my $SFOR shares we get a much larger percentage!

We know SFT can also sell to other channel partners directly and the ACS/sub-CSI deal only applies to them/us, not the other channels!

And some poster keeps saying when we sell KE IP to ACS/sub-CSI, then we get nothing. That's FACTUALLY INCORRECT! It's clearly covered in the APLA between SFT and ACS/sub-CSI.

After ACS/sub-CSI buys/pays for the KE IP:
1. The percentage gets cut 50% dropping the 15% to 7.5% on deals ACS does.
2. ACS/sub CSI does a "STI Keylogger Products License" to SFT so we can still sell. ACS/sub-CSI gets 15% and we get 85%!
3. Mr. Kay/SFT can confirm!
